NWSA ASSIGNMENT DEFINITIONS

CHIEF IN EDITOR: He/she is the person that is the licence holder and/or the person assigned as licenceholder. He/She is the prtimary responsible for the E-Journal as Chief in Editor.He/she manage theall series of the e-journal to work most effectively. He/She manage the e-journal issues to be published in time. He/she resolves all problems that the e-journal faces.

CHIEF EDITOR: He/she will be selected by the Chief in Editor among the e-joural members with PhD degree for three years. He/she will be voluntarily assigned under the Chief in Editor. His/her tenure in Editorial Board may be prolonged for one more period at the end if no adverse demand emerged. He/she organizes all infrastructure required for the publishing of the e-journal in time. He/she resolves all the problems that Editors and Editorial Board Members faces. He/she contributes to the determination and application of the e-journal regulations. He/she assigns editors for the fields of sciences under hsi/her responsibility. He/she assists the Editor in selecting the Editorial Board.

EDITOR: is among the most important assiginments of the e-journal and will be selected by the Chief in Editor or Publishing Editor among the e-joural members with PhD degree for three years. He/She will be assigned voluntarily under the Publishing Editor. His/her tenure will automatically be prolonged at the end if no adverse demand emerges. He/She contributes to the determination and application of the e-journal series statue under the responsibility of Editor and to the publication and spelling principles. He/she manages to execute the decisions took by Publishing Board and performs to develop the e-journal in terms of content.After selecting the Publishing Board and Referee Board members send these for approval of the publishing editor. Organize the whole procedure for an article starting from accepting the article to the relevant science to the publication of the article. Takes the final decision about the articles to be published.

EDITORIAL BOARD AND BOARD MEMBERSHIP: E-journal Publishing Board consists of three members that will be determined by the suggestion of the editor and approval of the publishing editor. Editor directs the Publishing Board. The Publishing Board examines the articles that completed the referee procedure and to be sent to the publishing secretary. Publishing Board can shorten the article or change some words of the article or determine to publish the article as in parts without corrupting the subject and meaning unity. Perform final investigation and take the final decision about the articles scored 50 or less after referee evaluation. Contributes to the determination and application of the E-journal Rules and Regulations, and Publishing and Spelling Rules. Declares the Publishing Board's opinion about the article online.The final decision about the article will be taken online unanimously. The members are selected for three years among the E-journal members with PhD degree. Publishing Board membership is a volunteer position. The tenure can be prolonged for one more period.

ADVISOR: is the person who will be appealed for consultancy about the opinions put forward. He/she is selected by Editor, Publishing Editor and Chief in Editorn among the E-journal members with PhD degree. He/she is selecteed for three years. He/she will declares his/her opinion upon request of Responsible Editor online about an article completed the referee procedure.

SUBEDITOR: is one of the assistants of editor and is selected for three years. He/she is selected by Responsible Editor among the E-journal members with PhD degree. He/she assists to the Editor in investigation of an article in qualitative and quantitative terms before refeere procedure. He/she gives opinions about the selectin of the primary and auxiliary refeeres, and about articles convenience to the E-journal in terms of content and regulations.He/she deputizes the Editor upon request.

ACADEMIC REFEREE: is selected by Editor among the E-journal members with PhD degree. Depending on the subject of the article, experts, lecturers, instructors or research assistants without PhD but with at least 5 years of professional experience may be appealed for opinion. At least two refeeres' written opinions will be taken in order to publish an article. He/she will gives opinion to the Editor about a study to be published or not.

PUBLISHING SECRETARY: is selected among the people with bachelor degree working under the Desk Editor arranging the page layouts of the articles completed refeere procedure.

DESK EDITOR: He/she organizes all the official correspondances among the E-journal units. He/she provides the coordination between the Publishing Secretary and web statistics unit.

WEBSITE AND STATISTICS MANAGER: He/she performs the duties of keeping the information relating the internal units of the article, updating the database, serving the E-journal members at the highest level and solving the member problems about the database.
